The concept of mob lynching is incepted in western culture which has escalated and spread its roots in the Indian territory as well. This evil propaganda is practiced with the intention to protect the core principles of the particular community, vigilantes are triggered to conduct extra judicial killings so as to impose authoritativeness, or to patronise others, and even use their pretension as an excuse to defendtheir unreasonable actions while obscuring the reality. One of the causes of mob lynching is cattle slaughter, majorly cow killing. As the cases were increasing with time, the lives of people as well as animals were continuously in danger. The clear history of Mob-Lynching and violence can be highlighted through highlighting the barbaric caste system that now seems appalling. The proximate causes of all the violence that instigate masses to act unconstitutionally are often based on rumours, paradoxical opinions and unprecedented decisions. This new trend of Mob-Lynching has been marketed in various communities and parts of the society has been given more attention than it is required because of the communal prejudices, that forces individuals to associate communal sentiment to mob violence.
