In compliance with the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 \'human rights\' means the rights of the person to life, liberty, freedom and dignity protected by the Constitution or enshrined in the International Covenants and enforceable by the courts of India. It is important and acceptable for workers in the workplace, as well as other responsible individuals or organisations, to follow such rules to ensure that the avoidance of sexual abuse of women in a dignified way is a human right protected by our constitution. The study provides a comparative analysis of Sexual harassment act in India by uprooting its forms and facets. It highlights and provides a descriptive analysis of Legal Provisions which administer the said subject. It provides an insight into the different forms of Sexual harassment governing society. The study will serve as a masterpiece in order to provide an articulated Understanding of rising sexual violence and threat complaints against the heinous crime. It takes into account the general findings which were observed throughout the research and subjects to provide for the same in order to make society a better place to live.
